1. Acceptance & Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Scripttie, operated by Nadif Ali Fahim. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are a minor, you represent that you have parental consent to use this Service.

User Content & Local Storage

Scripttie is a local-first application. All scripts and recordings remain fully owned by you and are stored exclusively on your device.

Critical Disclaimer:

We have no access to your data. If you delete the App or lose your device without a manual backup, your User Content is permanently irretrievable. We are not liable for any content loss.

2. Subscriptions & Lifetime Access

Monthly Plan

Billed recurringly via Google Play/App Store. Cancellations must be made 24h prior to renewal.

Lifetime Access

A one-time fee for Pro features for the current version of the App for as long as it is commercially available.

Refunds: All transactions are processed by the platform (Google/Apple). We cannot issue direct refunds. Please refer to their respective refund policies.

EU/UK Users: By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital content has begun.

3. Use Restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App. You shall not: (a) reverse engineer the App; (b) use the App for any illegal activities; or (c) attempt to circumvent any subscription or access controls.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPTTIE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Third-Party Services

The App utilizes services including Google Play Services, and RevenueCat. Your use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
